We did it again. We made applesauce for the year. Some of our neighbors came and we made 17 bushels of applesauce. This is actually half what we have done in the past. The drought this summer made applesauce hard to come by at a reasonable price. I love this time of year and the smell of applesauce is a sure sign of fall. Hope that you are all enjoying this fall.
The boys worked hard to unload the van.
They also helped a lot with cranking the applesauce.
