Safety Concerns

Yesterday, Nathan decided to put up a post for a bird feeder that we received for Christmas. When I looked out to see what he was doing, this is what I saw.........Can you find the safety concerns in his actions? (See answers below.)
1. Really thinking that standing on the ground and hammering towards your face is a good idea. Especially after knocking out a tooth the previous year and having to have an emergency root canal. Also, currently having braces....that mouth is expensive...be careful.
2. On all ladders there is a warning...Do not stand on the top level, it is not a step.
